EXPECTED OUTCOME:

1- Lessons drawn from the different experiences of african countries will contribute towards the search for better strategies for the future of poverty eradication in Africa.

2- Governments, NGOs, The Civil Society, The Uinited Nations System and Donors shall be brought together to define joint action strategies together with the beneficiaries (the poor, IDPs, refugees) for at least the reduction, if not the eradication of poverty.

3- A five-year plan shall be immediately drawn up. This plan shall focus on the effective participation of men, women and youths with a view to achieving food sufficiency, access to lines of credit, right to education, training and information, access to land, primary health care which shall highlight on the fight against the aids pandemic, right to increased justice in a democratic society and the enthronement of peace.

4- A program for Africa shall be implemented and priorities that seem to us to be essential and urgent to each of the activities shall be defined.
